Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a clean, resalable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt.
